At the 2001 Tokyo Motor Show, Nissan shocked the world with the announcement of the coming next generation GT-R. At the time, not much was known about Nissan's plan for the upcoming GT-R. Only that it would be available worldwide. Engine, drivetrain, and interior plans for the GT-R have been secret ever since.
